Service Scan Evaluation Limited have been give the task auditing the company, who were awarded a contract years before City moved into the Ricoh Arena.
They have asked members of the Sky Blue Trust to help cover and report on the sixteen bars, counters and kiosks with two more audits will take place in 2009.
