Replacing Charles Rayner, Brown is a former student of Henley College and worked for eight years at London based Crown Society Special Event Caterers in London.
"It feels like I have come home," said Brown in an ACL Press Statement. "I loved working in London but the time was right to come back to the Midlands.
At Crown Society, we provided dinner parties for guests of between ten and 10,000 at prestigious locations such as Ascot, the Natural History Museum and Hampton Court Palace.
"The Ricoh Arena is a fabulous venue and I am looking forward to driving the operations side of the business forward.
"I will be overseeing the standards of service at all the events, conferences, exhibitions and sports matches that we hold along with being in charge of the organisation and the catering facilities so it is extremely varied.
"I am looking forward to the challenge and there are a great number of opportunities to develop the operational team."
