Millard's whose headquarters is in Norwich, will have fifteen staff based in the ground floor offices and have signed a fifteen year lease.
Initally, their office space will be 4500 sq ft but this will increase after five years years by another 1500 sq ft when the company plans to have forty to fifty employees based at the ground.
The company, which currently employs around 130 people had previously been based in Nuneaton and moved to premises at the Arena with help from Shortland Horne and Coventry City Council.
