Olympic Football Matches In Coventry Announced

The dates and times of the London 2012 Olympic Football Tournament of which matches will be played in Coventry at the Ricoh Arena (to be known as the City Of Coventry Stadium during the games), has been announced.

Coventry City's ground will stage two Preliminary Round matches on July 25th which will kick off at 5pm and 7.45pm. The following day, there will be one match which kicks off ay 7.45pm.

The opening ceremony in London will be held on July 27th and on July 28th, there will be two more matches which will kick off at 12noon and 3pm.

There are also two matches on July 29th which kick off at 2.30pm and 5.30pm.

July 31st, sees one match being played in Coventry which kicks off at 7.45pm but on August 1st, there will be two matches kicking off at 5pm and 7.45pm.

There will be a Quarter-Final on August 3rd, kicking off at 7.30pm and the last match in Coventry will be a Bronze Medal match on August 9th which kicks off at 1pm.
