Work to get the concert on, started on Friday, in order to get a plastic pitch laid to protect the pitch, plus hundreds of steel and concrete in order to get the stage set for the singer's arrival.
That came at 9pm as Pink came on stage to see the standing area on the pitch three quarters full and plenty of empty seats around the 32,000 seater venue.
Despite the poor attendance, Pink put on an excellent show, playing all her hits.
