The senior management of the Ricoh Arena are due in the Republic Of Ireland this week to attend a Stadium Summit.
Chief executive Daniel Gidney, marketing director Liz Cooper, human resources director Jacky Isaac, facilities director Anthony Mundy and finance operations director John Street will be among the delegates at the Stadium Business Summit on April 21st and 22nd at Croke Park, Dublin.
Arena CEO Daniel Gidney is one of the speakers talking about communication in multi-purpose venues and he told the Ricoh Arena.com:
"Senior executives from the world's top clubs and organisations are coming along to Stadium Business Summit 2010 and we are delighted to be taking our management team along.
"It will be an opportunity to hear from over 30 experts in their fields as well as network with our industry's top professionals.
"The subject of my talk with Rupert and Paul is 'joined-up thinking'. We will be discussing the importance of having integrated systems and people in venues where sport, business and entertainment come together.
"We will be explaining how joining up different revenue areas and activities is vital to ensuring maximum benefit.
"Our joint venture agreement with the Compass Group means this is a business policy we use every day whether it is a Coventry City match or the Pink concert in the summer.
"Attending this event is also a great opportunity to network with our peers and pick up ideas which we may be able to use to continue to enhance the experience for every visitor we have at the Ricoh Arena."
