Sixteen minutes later, Nathan Redmond was sent free down the right and he beat the keeper to score a second goal.
England, who had two goals ruled out for offside, scored in stoppage time when Chuba Akpom slotted home from close range to give England a 3-0 win in front of a crowd of 15,165.
