A sell out crowd of 38,000 was at the home of Coventry City tonight, not to see the Sky Blues but American band the Kings Of Leon.
Thankfully, the rain which been quite heavy in parts of Coventry for most of the day cleared and the concert goers were able to enjoy some of the Kings Of Leon set in the dry before the rain returned.
One of the support bands- White Lies.
The Kings Of Leon took to the Ricoh Arena stage at 8.30pm and were off stage at 10.25, after a three song encore including Sex On Fire. They played a number of tracks from their Aha Shake Heartbreak, Because Of The Times, Only by night and Come Around Sundown albums before the gig finished with fireworks which were clearly seen over parts of Coventry.
