Coventry Blaze Ice Hockey team went down to a 5-2 defeat at Hull Stingrays tonight.
Tendler opened the scoring on 18.25 for Hull who added a second on 25.16 when Bakrik scored an even handed goal.
There was something for the 52 Blaze fans to cheer when Matic Kralj scored, assisted by Shea Guthrie for a powerplay goal on 36.19.
Bakrik made it 3-1 in the 44th minute but 54 seconds later, Farmer pulled another back with a shot that was miles wide but deflected via Mclusky's skate.
Hull scored a fourth on 50.19 with a powerplay goal and wrapped up the match when Jason Silverthorn hit a fifth on 52.26.
The second game is back at the Sky Dome on Sunday night. Face off is at 6pm.
