Coventry Bees Speedway team boss Alan Rossiter has said that he only wants riders who want to ride for the club.
So far the Bees have won only one of their meetings this season and Roscoe, as he is nicknamed told the Bees official website: "I watched the video and, to be honest, I was mortified with what I saw. I cannot believe how bad our gating is and I would urge our riders to watch the recording urgently and see it for themselves.
"Most of them are losing so much ground from the start and I have to ask them the question of whether they really want to race for the club. If they don't, we will bring people in who do.
"What I can't understand is this is the same team as last year, with the exception of Olly Allen, the so-called experts tipped us for a play-off place, and at the moment they are being beaten by riders who they simply shouldn't be.
"I've said before that I view Poole as an exceptional team, probably the strongest we've ever seen in the Elite League, but there is not another team who should be beating us by the margins we're seeing.
"We are making it easy for other teams. I look at Tai Woffinden on Monday, and nothing against him because he's a good young British rider who I want to do well in the Grand Prix, but he's had a tough season so far and yet we made it easy for him to regain his form.
"I've been relaxed since I came into this job, I haven't looked to change too much, but I'm not scared to change it and we're approaching the point where we can do it.
"We need riders who are focused on their job, and focused on what they are doing for us. It doesn't bother me what happens away from Coventry, I'm here to do a job for this club and I can assure the supporters that none of us are happy with the situation. It's now up to the riders."
The next meeting for the Bees is an away Elite League meeting at Swindon. The fixture will be shown live on Sky Sports.
