There had been speculation that Harris who has a high starting average may have gone elsewhere but he will ride for the Bees when the new season starts in March.
Also joining him will be fellow Cornishman Ben Barker and Cov based Australian Rory Schlein.
The Bees are hoping to sign Eastbourne's Ed Kennett but a deal now looks likely to happen in the new year.
