And the match started off in this fashion with the scores very close until the start of heat 10, when suddenly the Bees took control of the match with a brace of 5-1's and 4-2's over the next 4 heats from 10 to 13.
Stars for the Bees tonight were Olly Allen with with a points hault of 12+1, Simon Stead with 13+1 but, given a heat 2 injury for Coventry reserve Andreas Messing resulting in him being hospitalised, fellow reserve Stan Burza who took 7 rides for a superb 9+3 points tally.
