Coventry Bees management have today announced that Olly Allen has agreed terms for the forthcoming 2008 season.
This will be Olly's third year with the club, and his first as a full asset of the Coventry management after a rider exchange deal which saw former Coventry assett Morten Risager become a Swindon asset and Olly move in the opposite direction.
A shoulder injury forced him to miss most of the last three months of the season, but he has been regaining fitness over the winter.
Allen's 5.44 average is reduced to 5.30 under the 2.5% rule which applies to British riders, and it leaves the Bees with 8.18 points remaining for their final two team members.
