Coventry Bees beaten Wolves 48-42 in the second leg of the Knock Out Cup Semi-Final but with an eight point deficit from the first leg, it was not enough for them to make the final.

Lindgren won the opening heat at Brandon to make it 4-2 to Wolves but Pawlicki and Bridger pulled off a 5-1 to have Coventry back in front.

The next two heats finished 3-3 before Wolves had a 5-1 in a re-run heat five. That was chalked off with Sweetman and Kazprzak riding well for a 5-1 in the next heat.

Heat seven finished 3-3 and Wolves took the next heat 5-1, only for the Bees to do the same in the next two heats.

Heat 11 brought a 4-2 to Wolves with a 5-1 to Coventry making it 40-32 and the Bees in with a great chance of making the final. Unfortunately, two 4-2's to Wolves put pay to that and although Coventry won the final heat 4-2, it was not enough to stop Wolves going into the final by two points.
