In front of his home crowd at Edgbaston, Bell made 79 in England's total of 281-8 from fifty overs.
Bell also caught Power and Chawis off the bowling of Paul Collingwood to see India all out for 239 which gave England a win by 42 runs. Those catches earned him the Man Of The Match title.
England lead the series 2-1 and the next game is at Old Trafford on Thursday.
