Coventry Blaze and Genting Casino Coventry are proud to announce the extension of their title sponsorship for the forthcoming 2013/14 season.
This will be the second year that Genting Casino Coventry has sponsored the city's successful and hugely popular Elite League ice hockey team.
The casino, which is situated within the Skydome in the heart of Coventry City Centre, opened its doors for the first time last November, and has subsequently welcomed both Coventry Blaze fans and players onto the gaming floor. The casino not only offers Roulette, Blackjack, 3 Card Poker, Slots and Electronic Roulette but it also offers the most competitive poker around in its dedicated card room.
Anyone over the age of 18 can enjoy the casino's sophisticated cocktail bar in the evening, or enjoy a relaxing coffee and a light bite to eat during the day. The casino facilities are popular with the Coventry Blaze players, management and fans and with the coming of the new season, the casino is looking into staging more events for the Blaze community.
Tracey Gough, General Manager of Genting Casino Coventry said ‘We’re delighted to be the main sponsor of Coventry Blaze for the second year. They are a talented team and we’ve enjoyed working with both the management team and the players over the last year. The fans have been a great addition to our customer base and we very much welcome them back through our doors in the coming season. With the amount of hard work and dedication that the team puts in it would be great to see them take the title next year! We wish them all the best of luck’.
Andy Buxton, Chairman of the Coventry Blaze added 'We're naturally very pleased that Genting Casino Coventry have extended their title sponsorship with us. With us both being on the Skydome site, there is a great natural link between us and the partnership last season was terrific for both parties.
"All parts of the Blaze community have enjoyed the facilities that they have brought to the area and we are all looking forward to building on the relationship during the months ahead. They are great fun to work with and they are committed to being an integral part of the whole Blaze community. They have some great ideas for next season and we look forward to helping them play an even bigger part in the season ahead. We really do thank them for their fabulous support."
