Cardiff took a 3-0 first period lead with goals from Mike Prpich (2) and Derek Campbell.

Into the second period and Carlyle Lewis made it 2-3 on a power play before Sylvain Deschalets equalised and had the travelling Blaze support singing "3-0 and you cocked it up".
Corey Leclair, who had been man of the match in the win over Basingstoke last night, put Paul Thompson's team ahead and Barrie Moore hit a short handed goal.
Cardiff pulled one back but Blaze held on to win.
