Coventry Blaze Ice Hockey team beat Hull Stingrays 3-2 after overtime and penalties tonight.
Dustin Cameron, opened the scoring on 4.29 with a powerplay, assisted by Brad Leeb and Mike Schutte and this was followed on 7.55 when Greg Leeb scored.
Hull pulled two goals back in the second period through Cale Tanaka on 25.03 and Jason Silverthorn on 28.50 to send the game into over-time.
That failed to produce a goal so it was penalties which the Blaze won to take the victory.
