Coventry Jets American Football team have announced their schedule for the 2013 season of the BAFANL Premier League.
The Jets start the campaign, as they did in 2012, with a trip North up the M1 to the Harvey Hadden Stadium in Nottingham to face the Caesars on Saturday.
This game will have added spice as the Caesars will be looking to repeat their victory in the first game of last season against the Jets and avenge a last minute defeat in the rematch in Coventry.
Seven days later, May 4th, they host the East Kilbride Pirates as they open their home programme. The two last met in 2008 when the Jets returned from Scotland with a 46-12 victory.
A repeat performance would be the ideal way to start this season's home campaign. East Kilbride, arguably the strongest team in the Premier - North will have other ideas should be an interesting matchup.
With further away trips to Yorkshire Rams, Lancashire Wolverines, Birmingham Bulls and the regular season finale to Scotland to meet up with the West Coast Trojans.
Apart from the Pirates, the home fixtures at the Sphinx Club will see the club host Tamworth Phoenix, Birmingham Bulls, Sheffield Predators and Doncaster Mustangs.
