Both boxers are on the bill whose main fight will be the British Middleweight Championship between Birmingham's Wayne Elcock and Dudley's Darren McDermott.
Mulhern will fight a four round flyweight contest whilst Flynn will fight over the same distance in a light welterweight contest. Both young boxers, who were tipped for big things by promoter Mick Hennessey, will be showing their support for the Sky Blues wearing Sky Blue trunks and both admitted that they are looking forward to the fight.
Another Coventrian Rhys Davies will be involved in a four round light heavy wieght contest and Atherstone's Danny Coyle will take on Halesowen Keith Sheen.
After the Coventrians have show-cased their talent to Midland fight fans. things get even hotter with Lurgan's Stephen Haughian in a six round welterweight contest and Bradford's Nadeem Siddique taking on Canada's Julius Odion in a light-welterweight contest which will be beemed live to Canada.
The main event, which will also be shown live on Sky Sports, will be the contest between Elcock and McDermott. Birmingham based Elcock is no stranger to the Sky Dome having beaten Howard Eastman in Coventry last year.
Speaking to today's Hennessey Sports press conference at Mbargo, next door to the Sky Dome, Elcock said: : "I can't wait to fight and this will a cracking fight for Midland fight fans. "You'll have to go back a long way to find two Midland fighters squaring off at the top of the tree. "I was well supported in Coventry last time and I'm sure my fans will be backing me again. They are very loud and the atmosphere should be electric"
Speaking about Midlands boxing, Elcock thought that boxing in the Midlands was on the up and getting stronger all the time.

McDermott, the mandatory challenger, who had fought on the under card's of Ricky Hatton and Joe Calzaghe fights, thought that he could win the fight saying this contest was everything he had trained for.
Promoter Mick Hennessey was quick to praise the Sky Dome for hosting the fight after being let down with the Aston Villa Leisure Centre and Birmingham NEC. He said; "It was important to keep the biggest fight in the Midlands and although it is in neutral terrority, it will be a cracking fight."
