Coventry Bears' Rugby League team had an easy 60-12 victory at Gloucestershire Warriors yesterday.
It took The Bears going 12-0 down without even touching the ball to give them the wake up call they needed and were level on sixteen minutes thanks to tries from Nikki Hemopo and Brad Massey.
Sam Montague put Coventry ahead and Aron Jarvis, prop Matt Evans and second row Luke Watts all scored to see the Bears 34-12 up at half-time.
Nikki Hemopo scored the first try of the second half before Gloucestershire scored up the other end.
Watts scored his second try of the match with Clendenning- Fenton, Wilding and Callaway all going over to add to the tally which was boosted by seven conversions from Glen Burnside.
Coventry Bears travel to Derby City next Saturday.
