Coventry Rugby Club stuffed Sedgley Park 61-7 in their final home game of the season at Butts Park Arena this afternoon.
A crowd of 961 saw Johns run in a first minute try which Hodgson converted and this set Phil Maynard's side on their way.
Davies ran in a 15th minute try which was converted by Hodgson who also kicked over for the extra two points when Tibbatts scored in the 20th minute.
In the 26th minute, Hodgson scored with a try and a conversion but six minutes later, he failed with a conversion after Murray had scored.
Just before the break, Harrison ran in a try for Sedgley which Riley converted.
Coventry continued in the second half with Hodgson scoring and converting a 45th minute try, which was followed five minutes later, by Johns scoring a try and Hodgson again converting.
In the 62nd minute, Daynes ran in the next try which again Hodgson converted and it was only fitting that Hodgson had the last word for a superb afternoon's work when he ran in a 73rd minute try and converted to give Coventry a 61-7 victory.
