Coventry Rugby were beaten 27-12 by Cornish Pirates tonight.
At Butts Park Arena, Coventry went into the match minus fifteen points having gone into administration.
The visitors led 13-0 at the interval but Phil Maynard's side, who lost four players this week, hit back with tries from Mackenzie and Carpenter. Grove converted one of the tries but went down to a defeat to a side which were grateful to Cook scoring one try, kicking three conversions and two penalties.
Also in the Championship tonight, Bristol beat Bedford 37-16.
