Crutchlow Ends With A Win

Coventry's Cal Crutchlow ended his World Superbikes career with a victory in the final meeting of the season at Magny Cours in the France today.

The Yamaha Sterilgarda rider from Wyken who will ride in MotoGP next season finished 3.779 seconds ahead whilst fellow Brit Leon Haslam beat Carlos Checa to the line for second place on the final lap in the first race.

New Champion Max Biaggi, whose fourth in the first race, won Asprilla the Constructors Championship, beat Crutchlow by 0.087 seconds to win the second race.
