Coventry born Cal Crutchlow finished sixth in Gran Premio d’Italia TIM at Mugello today.
The Yamaha rider battled with Rossi and in the final lap, Bradl was pushed wide and Crutchlow was able to take sixth place in a race won by Jorge Lorenzo.
Crutchlow tweeted: "I really need to sort out my starts ! Also I cannot ride the bike well on full fuel tank. But after pace was good and we came back to very near podium. Vale rode a great race and pace was so fast. I am happy with top 6 again and consistency."
