And so another chaper in local newspaper history has ended with the last ever Midweek Pink coming off the printing press.

The paper gave coverage of the local football scene as well as other sports for many years but with sales dropping, the staff at what is left of a massive operation in Corporation Street, have decided to put the paper on-line.
