There had been objections about the noise from one set of local residents based in Armorial Avenue but the Council have issued CV One with a licence and the event will now go ahead as planned on Friday until Sunday.
The festival will feature many genres from music to comedy and the musical highllights will be Inner Circle and Coventry band The Enemy.
