With the opening game of the 2010/11 ice hockey season just two days away, Coventry Blaze Head Coach, Paul Thompson has added four further two way contract players to his extended roster.
With Joe Henry and Jack Watkins already on two way contracts with the Telford Tigers, Thompson has added two further Tigers players on similar terms.
Josh Bruce who has previously played seven times for the Senior Blaze
side and eighteen year old, defenceman, Daniel Scott will both have
opportunities to train with the full Blaze side and will be available for
selection whenever the Tigers are not in action.
Thompson has also signed sixteen year old forward, Ross Venus on a trainee contract that will see him train full time with the senior Blaze and divide his playing duties between both the Elite and ENL Blaze sides. Tom Ledgard will also be registered for both the Elite and ENL Blaze.
The twenty-two year old forward has previously dressed seventy times for
the Elite League Blaze.
The Blaze open the season with a showdown against the Belfast Giants in the Charity Shield at the Skydome Arena on Wednesday night at 7.30pm.

Totally new for 2010-11 Blaze TV will be handled by a professional sports broadcaster, Clean Cut Sports.
