Coventry Blaze made it a four point weekend when they beat the Sheffield Steelers 3-2 after over-time in an Elite League game.
After last night's penalties win at the Nottingham Panthers, the Blaze faced The Steelers at the Sky Dome.
The first period saw no goals and Kevin Harvey get ten minutes for unsportsmanlike conduct after clipping.
The Steelers had 15 shots to the Blaze's nine in the opening period but on 36.39, Coventry took the lead when Gerome Guidice scored, assisted by Adam Henrich and Ashley Tait.
Sheffield came back on 47.35 when Stefan Myer, scored, assisted by Robert Dowd and Jeff Legue but six minutes and twelve seconds later, the Blaze were back in front when Ashley Tait scored on the powerplay, assisted by Ryan Ginand and Adam Henrich.
However, the goalscoring was not over and on 57.43, Tim Spencer, assisted by Jeff Legue and Rob Sirzanni, scored to restore parity for a second time.
That sent the game into over-time and just 58 seconds were needed for the Blaze to get the win which came through Ryan Ginand, scoring assisted by Ashley Tait.
