Super striker Adam Calder is staying with Coventry Blaze.

The forward who steered Blaze to an Elite League title and two cups, joined in 2004 and has netted 168 goals in 251 starts.

He was voted the Elite League's Most Valuable Player, and had been courted by a number of European sides but has decided to sign a two year deal with Britains best Ice Hockey team.

Calder is likely to start in The Blaze's pre-season campaign which starts next month.
