Coventry Bees rider Chris Harris was the toast of Cardiff tonight after winning the British Speedway Grand Prix tonight.
At the Millenium Stadium with the roof closed to keep off the rain,Bomber scored 12 points with Scott Nicholls scoring nine to send the Bees pair into the Semi-final.
Harris finished second in his heat to make the final but unfortunatley,Nicholls hit a rut to crash out.
Harris who has been in great form all season made no mistake coming from behind to beat Greg Hancock on the line in the final to take the British Grand Prix to huge cheers from a good contingent of Bees supporters in the crowd.
