Lee Knibbs admitted to being proud of his players after his Southam United side made it nine wins out of nine since he took over with a 2-1 win at Pegasus Juniors in the FA Vase First Round on Saturday.
Knibbs, whose management career has seen him at Barwell and Coventry Sphinx, told the Southam United website: "I am really proud of my players who trained hard in appalling weather on Thursday and got the result they deserved against a club that has only lost once in their league.
“We will give them a night off on Tuesday and train on Thursday for the trip to Brocton at the weekend.”
