Arsenal Ladies, managed by former Coventry City Ladies player and Nuneaton born Laura Harvey, made it through to the Women's Champions League Semi-Finals.
Arsenal had drawn their first leg 1-1 against Linkopings.and goals from Rachel Yankey and Katie Chapman today earned a 2-2 draw to take them into the semi-final of the competition whose final is at Fulham FC on Thursday May 26th, on away goals.
The other English side in the competition - Everton were beaten 2-1 away to Duisburg with Natasha Dowie, niece of former Coventry City manager Iain Dowie on target for the Toffees who were beaten by the German club 5-2 on aggregate.
