The Brakes, who won at Woodford United on Saturday, have been drawn at home to Bamber Bridge.
Rugby Town, who also got into the second round with a 3-2 away victory (at Hemel Hempstead Town), travel to Sheffield based Stocksbridge Park Steels.
Nuneaton Town do not come in to the competition until later on.
Both matches are due to be played on Saturday October 30th.
