Leamington suffered a Southern League Premier Division Play-Off defeat tonight at Hednesford Town.
The Pittmen took a ninth minute lead through Patterson but Leamington equalised through Batchelor in the 42nd.
However, the game was only level for three minutes as Francis put Hednesford back in front on the stroke of half-time.
Twenty minutes from time, Clements hit a third to send Hednesford into Monday's final against Salisbury who beat Cambridge United 1-0.
