The Coventry runner ran the third leg in GB's 4X100m team which after a false start,romped home to victory in a time of 38.30. Tyrone Edgar,Craig Pickering and Mark Lewis Francis made up the British team.
Devonish said he was happy with the win and praised the effort of his team mates and the team management.
With ten of the twenty events gone, Britain's men captained by Devonish are in fourth place. Britain's women had four victories in their European Cup in Sweden.
