Nuneaton Town live to fight another day after drawing 1-1 at Workington in an FA Cup 4th Qualifying Round fixture.

Former Coventry City Reserve teamers Donovan Simmonds and Mark Noon both started for Nuneaton who took a seventh minute lead through Nisevic but were pegged back by Arnison eleven minutes later.

The replay at Liberty Way is on Tuesday night.

Another former City Reserve player Ben Mackie scored for Corby Town as they beat Salisbury 3-0 whilst former City striker Paul Furlong scored for Marcus Law's Kettering Town in a 2-1 home defeat to Rushden & Diamonds.

Stuart Giddings played for Barwell in their FA Cup 3-0 defeat at Droylesden whlst Craig Reid played for Newport County in their 1-0 defeat to Crawley Town, Michael Briscoe played for Kiddersminster in a 2-0 defeat to York City and Neil Collett was an unused sub for Mansfield Town in their 1-0 win at FC Halifax.

Midland Alliance side Tipton Town earned a valuable replay after drawing 2-2 at Sheffield who play in the league above.

In the Southern League Premier Division, Leamington beat Truro Cty 3-2 with all the goals in the first half. Batchelor, a Brooks own goal and a Lewis penalty gave Leamington the win in front of a crowd of 603.

Southern League Central Division results saw Atherstone Town draw 1-1 at Ashford Town (Middlesex), Bedworth lose 4-1 at Marlow, but Rugby Town beat Bedfont Town 4-2 with goals from Hamilton, Keen, Fagan and Gunderlach.

In the Midland Alliance, Stratford Town beat Boldmere St Michaels 1-0.

Former Coventry City youngster Tim Partridge scored for Midland Combination Premier Division side Coventry Copsewood in a 6-1 away win at Pilkington. Curtis Jackson hit a hat-trick for Copsewood in a Les James Memorial Cup match.

In the same competition, Massey Ferguson won 5-2 at Racing Club Warwick with Southam beating Bolehall Swifts 2-1. Alveston lost 4-0 at Pelsall Villa.

Nuneaton Griff were held 1-1 in a Premier Division game at home by Castle Vale.

Kenilworth Town lost 4-1 at Hampton in a Division One game whilst in Division Two, Lemaington Hibernian won 2-1 at Enville and Young Warriors won 3-1 at Perrywood.

In Division Three, Coventry Amateurs lost 3-0 at Dosthill Colt Reserves.
