Roger was an excellent sporting journalist, who went on to edit the sports sections of the Coventry Telegraph.
A man with a keen interest in football and rugby, Roger was the man who persuaded John Sillett to take the role as Coach for the Sky Blues and to work with George Curtis in a famous partnership which saw the Sky Blues win the FA Cup.
His funeral will be held on December 19th at St Mary's Church in Cubbington.
