Seventh For Tina Brown

Coventry City Council employee Tina Brown finished seventh in the Womens 3000m Steeplechase in the Commonwealth Games.

The Coventry born runner who now lives in Solihull but runs for Coventry Godiva Harriers, ran a time of 10:13.340 but that was only good enough for seventh place.

Kenya won all the medal places with Milcah Chemos Cheywa coming home first in a time of 09:40.960.
