Southam United were well beaten 9-2 in the final of the Birmingham County FA Midweek Floodlight Cup Final.
Southam took on fellow Midland Combination Premier Division side Bolehall Swifts and were ahead in the second minute through Joe Howarth but six minutes later, Chris Sturridge-Packer equalised.
Dave Yonwin put Bolehall ahead in the 22nd minute and seven minutes later, Tom Cross saved well from Sturridge-Parker, but ball falls to Steven Day who made no mistake for Bolehall's third.
Four minutes later and Scott Goodby added a fourth from the edge of the area to give the Tamworth based side a 4-1 lead at half-time in this game at Solihull Moors FC.
Southam made a double change at the break but five minutes in and Dave Yonwin had scored again.
The goals continued with Chris Cowley getting number six for Bolehall in the 73rd minute, Joseph Obi with the seventh in the 78th minute and Joe McNulty in the 81st minute making it 8-1.
Southam pulled a second goal back through Oli Manoochehri in the 83rd minute but a minute from time, Dave Yonwin completed his hat-trick to condemn Southam to a 9-2 defeat.

Coventry United's Midland Combination Division 2 game against Burntwood Town was postponed due to Burntwood being unable to raise a team. The game will now be arranged for next week.
