In this Midland Alliance game, Sphinx went two goals up through Casey Caggini and Jerome Murdock before ten minutes. However, the Shropshire side hit back with an own goal and goals from Jason Francis,Nicky Porter and Stuart Ellis before half-time.
In the second half, Caggini and Murdock both scored to level the game. Twelve minutes from time, Carl Winterbottom hit the winner to give Paul Charnley's side the win.
