In front of a crowd of 300 at Old Coventrians Rugby Club in Tile Hill, The Carvell Bears scored two early ties and although Nottingham put up a spirited display, the Bears were way too good and recorded a 26-10 victory.
Try scorers were Stuart Lee (2), Iestyn Pratt, Aaron Jarvis and Tony Wildsmith with MOM Graham Healey and Scott Clendenning-Fenton converting.
