Derbyshire were 323-5 in their second innings on the third day of the match. Clarke made 81 and Rogers 64 with Klokker not out on 74.
Derby are 283 runs ahead and are expected to bat for another hour in the morning before trying to bowl out Warwickshire who won their last County Championship game and could go top of the table if they win.
