Coventry City CEO Steve Waggott has said that the club will be looking at its ticketing systems in a bid to improve the buying of season tickets and match tickets.
Many, many supporters have had difficulty obtaining match tickets and season tickets both over the phone and via the club website and Steve Waggott said to Nick Connoll: "We understand that some supporters have had issues when buying tickets through the website and it’s been difficult to get through on the phones because of the sheer volume of interest.
“We are delighted that there is still that level of interest and we are still asking supporters to remain as patient as they can. After the game on Saturday, we will need to look again at the systems in a bid to improve fans’ experience when buying tickets and Season Tickets."
