Those expecting some cash back if Coventry City do sell seven thousand season tickets could be disappointed.
Although ambiguously written and open to interpretation, the following statement on the club website: "If we reach the required targets, supporters will receive money back on their Season Ticket cards, which can be used for your 2017/18 Season Ticket.", appears to mean that it would be 10%, 20% or 30% off the price of a season ticket for next season rather than any cash going back into City supporters bank accounts.
City are claiming to have sold 5.035 ordinary season tickets so far.
