Tickets for the EFL Trophy Final will not go on sale until March.
The second Semi-Final has to be decided first and that is not being played until March 1st and then the clubs will discuss what allocation of tickets they require.
City are expected to ask for an initial allocation of 40,000 tickets which the club should have no problem in selling.
With Wembley Stadium very keen to get the ground as full as possible, that 40,000 allocation could be increased if City's opponents take a lesser allocation and the stadium can be safely segregated.
Tickets could start going on sale around March 6th subject to them arriving from Wembley wth season ticket holders and PSL holders expected to have the first allocation.
