Coventry City are reporting that they have sold over 5,000 season tickets.
This is up on last season's total of 4,450 for the one season of basement division football and producing the sort of figures which you would expect following the last few weeks where the Sky Blues have had their highest divisional finish since the 1960's and reaching the Play-offs where they got past Notts County over two legs to reach the Final and beat Exeter City 3-1 at Wembley.
City, who have extended the second early bird deadline, until Midnight on June 8th, have sold over 5,300 season tickets so far, which is excellent.
