There have been a steady of complaints, since the one in West Orchards Shoppng Centre closed down in May,about the lack of a centrally located ticket office from supporters who struggle to get to the Rioch Arena at times other than on match days and those who work in town and cannot get to the Ricoh and back during their lunch break.
Joe Elliott said that the club had listened to supporters and were addressing the problem.
it is expected that the new premises will be just a ticket office with merchandise only available via the shop at the Arena or on-line.

The Ticket Office at the Arena will be open from 10am to 5pm this Monday.
