Trust Act On Ticket Concerns

Following the Fans Forum earlier this month which prompted major objections to the club using Ticketmaster, the Sky Blue Trust have acted on City supporters concerns and raised the matter with ACL Boss Daniel Gidney.




Mr Gidney has confirmed that there will be no changes to the online system and there no plans to bring in any charges for tickets bought on-line or over the phone. Walk in Ticket Offices will also remain.

The club are seeking to improve the time it takes the phone to be answered.
