Bus Fares To Increase

Bus fares in Coventry for services run by National Express owned Travel Coventry are to rise from January 2nd and will affect those Coventry City supporters who travel to home matches by bus.

A single Adult journey will rise from £1.30 to £1.50 and a Adult Daysaver going up from £2.60 to £2.90.

So far, those in the management of Travel Coventry have remained quiet as to why the increases are so great when the price of petrol has decreased recently.

Prices for the 101 and 103 services plus those run by De Courcey are likely to remain the same.
